This page explains what Turko and Company collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. In short: we don't use advertising trackers, we don't sell anything about you, and we only keep what you choose to send us.

What you send us

If you call, email, book or fill in a form, we receive what you share (for example your name, phone number, email and message) and use it only to reply to you and provide what you asked for. We keep it as long as we need it for that, or as long as the law requires.

Visit statistics

To see which pages are useful, we count visits anonymously: the pages viewed, roughly how far down a page people read, whether a visit came from a search engine, another website or a link, and whether it was on a phone or a computer. This uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. Your IP address is used only for a moment to tell one day's visits apart and is never stored. We don't record your screen, what you type or where you tap.

Other services on this site

Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as a map from Google or a link to book or order through another service. When you use those, that company's own privacy policy applies. This website is hosted for us by WebElf, which processes the visit statistics above on our behalf and for no other purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days.
